I believe it is crucial to keep the spotlight on our unique thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behaviours for personal development and growth. To this end, we endeavour to refrain from negative commentary regarding others.
We will start with a free, 30-minute video (either Zoom or Messenger) consultation which includes a brief questionnaire.
A reduced rate for low-income individuals (some conditions apply) can be discussed during this initial visit.
